Together to Celebrate

Together to Celebrate, since its origins in early 2000 has been a service to the wider church - offering musical selections across the breadth of contemporary Christian music,  recognizing the various shades and textures of 'contemporary'.

Together to Celebrate offers:

• a wide range of contemporary worship song titles - Chris Tomlin, Iona Community, Taize', Shirley Murray, Hillsong, Graham Kendrick, Bernadette Farrell, Robin Mann ... plus some of my own

• My own songs are offered as gift, usually with full piano score, lyric master and mp3 demo.  This material may be used freely for non-profit Christian ministry purposes. Please acknowledge my authorship and copyright date.  If you hold a CCL or LicenSing licence, please make use of this for record-keeping purposes

• Resources for children are marked kids! or kid-friendly

• suggestions of songs and improvements are always welcomed. email me

Together to Celebrate was born  in early April 2000, with the support of Centenary Uniting Church (Brisbane, Australia) and the Uniting Chuch Foundation (Qld Synod)

Throughout its 8-year life, Together to Celebrate has been offered as a free gift to the wider church ... to all who love using music to praise God, open up to God in worship and to be empowered in discipleship. This gifting continues.To ensure Together to Celebrate maintains a sense of 'cutting edge' in its weekly music suggestions, it's vital that I have funding to enable me to keep 'up to date' with musical resources available. about me ...

David MacGregor is my name. I am Minister of the Word in the Uniting Church in Australia - with a background in children's youth and family ministry. I currently serve in ministry at Indooroopilly Uniting Church, Brisbane, Australia.  I am married to Dale who for many years has shared in ministry with me, especially with music, children and young adults. We have three boys - Joel, Jeremy and Nathan - who all share our love of music. For some years I have served as a member of the Uniting Church in Australia's National Working Group on Worship.
